萝卜条炖牛肉片儿

上周末去广州，伟哥亲自下厨做了一锅牛肉萝卜丝儿，我们几个狼吞虎咽，连吃两顿。走的时候，找伟哥讨教了两招，回来开始实操了，整出来居然也像模像样，味道真不错！
只不过我不会切丝儿，所以是萝卜条炖牛肉片儿~~
